What sort of ads do you use on the warnng page of a free site

In my last thread I got alot of people telling me I should put more ads on the index page of my free site. One of the resons I did'nt was because I wnated the site to be clean and I didn't want to detract from the enter button or recip links.
Having said that what types of ads are kosher to use on the index page?|confused|

Any kind of ad is acceptable so long as it's not blind. While you definitely want your enter link to be prominent and unambiguous, there's nothing wrong with drawing attention to your ads; after all that's what you want the surfer to click, right?

Most of the time I use one banner/text combo and one straight text ad, while reserving my 3rd link for a hub in the appropriate niche.

Do place that above or below the enter link?

The first thing on the top of the page should be your link (text or banner or a combo) followed by your warning text recips and enter. Then a link to you hub of traffic pump on the bottom. Fairly simple :D

Yep, that's pretty much the standard |thumb

Only caveat is that some sites (mine included) don't allow hardcore on the warning page. So, be sure to check the rules where you submit prior to selecting your banner for that page :)

What's the point of putting anything below the enter link?
Wouldn't you want "Enter" as the last link?

Below the "enter" link is an excellent place for a hub link that is multi niched. The potential buyer has already bypassed everything you have offered on the page so far. Just my opinion. I'm sure there are many other views on this.

A hub is normally the root of your free-site submmitting domain which should list a link to all your free-sites along with ads and maybe some sponsor hosted free-sites/galleries.
