LL Owners - Which niches?
 

I wonder, are there any niches you would like to see more FS in? I see some places say "no more lesbians", or "no more drunk moms", but do you think there are niches that are getting good quality traffic on your LL's but you don't have enough fresh FS to offer them? Are there categories where sites will be more welcome? and are there categories where you don't even want to be seeing more new FS in?

In my case I'd like to see more bikini, handjobs, cartoons, pornstars, pregnant and squirting FS's

I can use them in any category as long as they are quality :)

You can pretty much tell what a Link List is in need of by surfing the categories & comparing them to each other.

Seriously, I am doing that as well. I can see from that which categories are emptier than others, but am I right in assuming that these are also the categories with less traffic? or am I wrong there?

That is a wrong assumption. That indicates there are few builders but that surfers ARE looking for that particular niche. :D

While my Teen category gets the most traffic I'd rather list more of my own sites in let's say my Bisexual category.

The Teen category gets about 2 times as much traffic as the Bisexual category but the Teen category has about 10 times the amount of sites my Bisexual category has. You do the math :)

You also have to remember, especially with the smaller niches, that any traffic coming from those pages to your site is very targeted & thus, is more gooder :)

Yeah, I guess going for some obscure fetish, if it has a category, would get less traffic but more sales. Maybe. Thanks for the feedback everyone, I did get one or two ideas.

Is it just me, or does anyone else not get a lot of submissions to the Pornstar category. Before I started my LL I thought that would be a very popular category, I guess sales aren't very good for such a generic market?

A bit different from the video market where names can sell product.

Any thoughts?

I know I have a few cats I just added recently due to requests which are empty at the moment but they haven't added their sites yet |noclue|

Overall, doesn't matter what niche has too much or too little, as long as the sites are more creative and not all looking the same...

Interesting, I would have thought teen was more saturated than mature, in terms of submissions at least. I gathered lesbian was too much of a popular theme, but had no idea about pantyhose.

btw swedguy, I figured you don't want submissions to anything, seeing as you don't have a link to your LL in your sig. Went through your submissions thread once and there was no submit link there either (or a link to the site for that matter).

I say all the niches/fetishes...:) Majority as said, do the teen, mature, lesbian, real popular ones. Very few do narrow niches.

yeah mature and teen seem very popular with freesite submitters. I get loads esp the drunk mom stuff.

Personally, I could do with ones in the tighter and more recently added niches such as Bisexuals, vintage, closeups, spanking, shaved, fem dom and cheerleaders.

As people have said, not as much traffic here but ur listing would get a much bigger share of the pie, and be v.targetted

I get some nice SE traffic for uniforms (costume fetish) and for big cocks, but neither niche gets many submissions.

I get a ton of submissions for teen / lesbian / amateur / mature / pantyhose but the rest are (comparitively) quiet.
