Quick heads up on my domains

Are down and have been for a little bit. But I have been in constant contact with tech support and they have some kind of problem (too technical for me to understand or even get into) that they have every tech person available working on. So if you notice my links down please do not remove them as they will be back up as soon as humanly possible.

Yep it sure is a relief when they come back online. I was stressing out big time. First time I have any server issues since I started doing free sites, and I was worried sick that all the hours I had put in would have been for not since I was worried sick that the linklists would take my links down. After a couple hours of constant nagging the support guy on ICQ I finally had to just go soak in a hot bath for a while and play some Xbox to try and take my mind off it.

I guess they were running some kind of tests on their electrical systems and had a power surge of some sort, and the guy told me that alot of the servers didnt come back online. Turned out they had a bunch of blown power supplies on a bunch of servers. Then they told me that they thought one of my hard drives was messed up and needed replaced. The guy on ICQ told me he didnt know exactly what happened to my server, all he knew is that my server went to their hardware station, got fixed and now all seems fine. I think by the time it was all said and done I was down for around 5-6 hours.

Maybe next time they wont be sticking their fingers in the wall outlets..:)

Hi hi...glad to see you're up again...as for us, I will usually give a 2-day grace period before doing anything, and for webmasters who are regulars, I will also do a quick email follow-up.
