Well, for those that care, it's finally Friday. The first day for me since Monday to be without any Children or GrandChildren so it is an easier day :)

Still rainy but very warm today.

It's been a tad bit windy here the last 24 hours. Not |hurricane windy, but 35-45 mph. And it's warm...already 56°

I spent most of yesterday running new cable for most of the house & cleaning up the rat's nest that Adelphia had in my basement. I shit you not, once we disconnected the main line coming into the house, there was 1 4 way splitter, 1 3 way splitter & 4 2 way splitters. There were lines going from the basement back up to the roof back to the bedrooms....two different lines to run two different bedrooms |banghead|

It looks so pretty now, I might take a pictures & post it after I get the Super Bowl Party pics online :D

I'm gonna work a bit more on my camera system's cables today & then clean the Pool House, as the Sabres play the Flyers at 2 tomorrow. Not that NBC is carrying the game or anything. Those fucktard monkey's seemed to only want to show hockey on Saturday's before the Olympics to drum up some extra viewers. Gold is more important |thumb

All this & my back/neck feels like someone used a ball & chain to kill a fly that was sitting on my spine.

A bit warmer expected today here too... like 40F :)
Snow is starting to melt, but the roads around here simply suck.
All the hardpack snow melts then cars make ruts in the snow, then it freezes again over night.
Other than that - I should be around all day

I'm tired and feel like crap this morning but it's all self inflicted. Got my belly button pierced yesterday and it's really hurting this morning. That and I'm hung over from going out with my neighbor last night.

Up early so that I can take one of my cats in to be spayed. I feel so bad doing this and she has been locked in the guest bedroom all night so that she didn't eat or drink anything after midnight and she is crying this morning upset from being locked up.

Yeah, just about every last snowflake has disappeared here too and judging by the way the trees are flailing to and fro it can't be too much fun outside - either spring is just around the corner or we're in for a helluva day.

Dayam it's cold here.. 43 but with the wind chilll its more like 30. *i peeked at yahoo to get those #'s* and supposedly it's going to rain tomorrow.. since it was supposed to rain all week and all we got were like 3 drops and clouds.. i'm not holding out hope but my burnt lawn will appreciate it.

We have all the NASCAR freaks |crazy| *flashing eyes at mml* here this weekend.. they started coming yesterday.. 200K or more on top of all the conventions that are here.. so once i get my little errands done this morning.. i don't plan on leaving my house again until Monday.

this is my last day of relative freedom, as march break starts at about...oh 3:30 today :D got lots of stuff planned for the kiddies next week so I'll probably be keeping odd hours (I may even post in the 2am thread lol)

other than that getting ready to do the big pc dump this weekend - got some new stuff to install so I thought I'd go all the way & clean 'er right up. Hope I don't end up posting for help cuz I screwed it up haha |loony|

Dear Diary,
I've been very tired lately. I'm not only useless, but listless as well. I spent most of yesterday sleeping on the couch. I plan to do the same today. It's projected to be a nice day. I only hope that the sun squeezing through the blinds doesn't keep me awake. I was supposed to do something today, but I can't remember what it was, so I guess I won't.

Please send just a little of that rain this direction. The lawn guys spread a little fertilizer after they mowed on Wed., and if it doesn't rain in the next day or two I'll have to dig out the sprinklers.

The fubar sleep schedule continues, but at least it's been a productive few days. Switched trade scripts on my TGP's to ATL3. So far I like it, but still a big learning curve left on using it.

Sleep patterns will be on the fritz as the F1 season starts and qualifying and race times translate to 6AM local time. I watched the practice this morning, I have a feeling this is going to be a very interesting year in F1. Race runs Sunday 6AM. :)

Another 80 degree winter day here. Should warm up later. Had the a/c on already for a little while since the sun was warming up the living room too much. Been putting off the grocery store trip so I'm going to have to waste too much time there today. Or tomorrow.

Anyone watch that "Black. White." on Fox the other night...and would you watch it again? I wish they had picked a different kind of white guy. I know there are white guys like that one, but he makes me uncomfortable with being a 'white guy.' The only thing I found interesting was one of the black family members talking about being surprised how many colors they had to airbrush him with to turn him 'white.' (My vote: a bad show I wish wasn't even on tv)

Just got done doing my yoga workout, and going to eat then get to work. Keeping an eye on the storm that is heading our way from CA for tomorrow. They are still predicting snow levels down to 3000 feet, and since Pahrump is at 2976 or so, may have some snow. :D It is chilly and windy out, and depressingly overcast.

MadHatter has his office all repainted very cool. I need to take pics. Tomorrow his new carpet goes in, we did pretty good getting all the holes fixed and that window boxed in. Not bad for VERY amateur carpenters, lol.

Next comes my office, I can't wait. I'm doing it in shades of purple, always wanted a purple office. Ok, it is very light purple, I'm not insane about it, lol. ;)
