I think I have a pinched nerve in my neck, as it's been hurting like a mother since Thursday morning, so I'll be making a trip to the chiropractor this morning.

Sabres have a game in Philly at 2, so the Pool House festivities will be starting early.

It's BB tourney time, so I'll be headed to Moorhead MN at around noon.

Good Morning
My wife tore up our carpet in our large living room exposing a nice hardwood floor. The only problem was that when this house was built 104 years ago, the living room was actually, 3 smaller rooms. So, you can imagine how the flooring is laid out. Just a little strange.

So, we are off to the discount Rug outlet which we were going to do anyway. A hardwood floor is just a little too cool for me. A few small rugs will fix it right up :) I will be gong after noon.

I blew out my knee a few days ago and I'm hobbling worse each day. Oh well at least it gives me something to complain about :D

The Bitch is the same way. With this kitchen remodel, the living room is being remodeled as well (only because we have to) We're getting that nice Pergo fake wood floor because that's what she wants. But she's also buying 2 or 3 area rugs to cover the floor....I just don't get it |banghead|

I thought this weekend was the big Seafood Festival here, but it turns out that it's next weekend. So I think today is becoming JAWD (just another work day). Maybe I'll go get a grouper sandwich later. :)

I like the wood. I just redid my rec room ripping up the carpet and laying floor and we tore the living room carpet up last summer and redid the hardwood there.

I came home for the weekend again. The side effects are wearing me off very much, plus I cannot talk and I share the room with 3 women having brain cancer who remind me of my mom, cannot concentrate on my mouth and are very active 24/7 :( Not sure if I go back, I got 9 so far. I don't blame them, only their illness. And I was thinking I am patient and tolerant... there is always a point when you just can't stand more.
I am at this point now.... my site is still dead, at3 was installed for trades but it is not working so the links to the site were dropped. Can this be a permission issue or should be reinstalled. This is the free version of atx, arrowtrader lite III or 3, http://arrowscripts.com . I have got so much help and I'm still suffering here, shame on me, I got sick of myself really. Enough complaints, sorry for ruining your mood...

I got to sleep in this morning and almost feel human again.

Got my tax return from my CPA yesterday. Damn I really underpaid my withholding last year. Now I get to write a large check to the IRS. :(

Doing the gym once I'm awake. Other then that not much going on today.

Slept in to 9:30 today which is very late for me, so late the damn cats was sitting on top of Toni looking at me with "why are you still in bed" look.

Already 78F with a high of 84F we are going to do some shoots outside in a bit, then not sure what we will do this weekend.

Morning! Just sitting here telling myself to get something done.

My dog is in heat so I have to put this weird looking thing with a pad in it when she's inside.....sooooo gross. We are going to breed her next fall so can't get her spayed yet.

Well tonight the owner of the place my husband took over is having us over for dinner. He is also having some of his friends over. Now this is a very rich man, with a mansion on the beach. I'm hoping they are down to earth people who just worked hard and hit it big. Not the I'm better than you kind because I'm rich. So should be interesting sitting at the dinner table.

Had some BIG puffy flakes of snow earlier, but then the sun came out. Come on, if you are gonna snow, make enough to stick for at least a little while. :D

We are getting our master bedroom and MadHatter's office carpeted today. Can't wait to get that over with. The carpet guy will be here in 1/2 an hr.

Wow we just had hail here. Used to get that growing up in MI, but I don't think I've seen it in Nevada since I've lived here. Still waiting for some good snow, snowing all around us, just not here.

You could always lay radiant heating wires under the wood- I love my heated wood floors, almost as much as the cat does.

We did too and i'm way down in the valley.. I thought it was my neighbor's work crew.. they are out removing her cinderblock wall with sledgehammers .. i peeped out my window...and don't you know.. freaking hail... |crazy|

Damn here I put down tile so that my floors would be cooler. Tile really helps down here since the floor stays the temp of the ground. I know back from the days of doing darkroom work that our water from the tap stays around 76F so I would imagine that is about the temp of the ground here.
