Newsletter scripts

I'm ready to try a newsletter script if you use one let me know what you think of it along with a link to where you got it. And the price if there is one.

Thanks in advance. :)

There is one that is free that Cleo hooked up for me. It seemed slow to me but I think it was the host :)

Right now we use Subscribe Me Professional. I think we paid about $400 a few years ago. Not sure of the url but if you search, you can probably find it.

DADA is the one we suggest to many clients. Easy to use, reasonably quick and a fairly decent and easy to use interface.

I second that. I need to upgrade a couple of installations myself, but I've used both the free and the paid versions for years. Once you have all the options configured correctly, it seems to operate with no problems. I have about a quarter million addresses in one of our Fetish-News setups, and everything works great.

One interesting feature is that you can build a simple web page for each issue and tell the script to go get it from that url and send it as a newsletter to your list. You can also paste the html for a newsletter into a box in the web admin or paste just text if you want a text-only newsletter.

I think the paid version is only $50 and comes with a year of updates and their Magic Book and some add-ons.
