It was the second time the boy had handled the gun on Sunday. The mother had taken the gun away from the child and removed the bullets — apparently overlooking one in the chamber — and put the weapon back on the couch.

They should start making IQ tests as a mandatory requirement for gun ownership. I'm just saying, don't make the laws harder, just remove the stupid people from the mix.

better yet..all potential parents should undergo a VPML-virtual parenting modeling language-so they can see what its like to be responsible!!

The one thing the Republicans and I agree on is that every American has the right to have a gun. Crap like this doesn't help.

Crap like this just proves that not all American's deserve the right to have a gun.

I don't know what all the hub-bub is about. |huh If little baby Darwin feels the need to slim down the herd by taking out his own mom, who was ignorant enough to leave a firearm laying around, so be it. She was probably unfuckable anyway. If he shoots at that little brunette hottie from Lost, or someone comparable, then I'm going to bring my smack down on him.

I agree with you Jim but I also feel that gun owners need to accept more responsibility for the guns they purchase. That includes crimes committed with guns that were stolen because they were not locked up properly.

We need more guns. If the mom was properly armed then she could have defended herself against her attacking child.
