yellow on white background and the warning text being in white just like the background on the index page ? and I surf with IE.

I get the background just fine. My guess would be the link that says:

"Click Here To Watch a Free Video Trailor of the Newest Slut"

Most will consider that a blind link.

Just a guess though. ;)

The site was structurally fine..

It was average/blurred/overused/sponsor content that got it declined..
