Link Lists For Sale?
 

Does anyone have a LL for sale? I am looking for a LL that gets submits, has a brandable domain and already gets some SE traffic. Must be at least 6 months old.

A lot of people have been looking to buy lately so I think the well has gone a bit dry. Most others are too small to buy I guess as I have seen a few posts.

I don't want a big one just one that's been indexed for a while.

What do one year old link lists usually go for?

Indexed in Yahoo, MSN and G. Have submitters and (I think) a good number of inbound links. Get some targeted SE traffic daily (~100).

Not really in a rush to sell, but I've noticed the amount of time I spend updating is inversely related to my upcoming marriage. Speaking of which.. time to do my first update in a while!

If a good offer came my way for either www.jerk-it.com or www.pozonelayer.com I'd definitely consider them. Jerk-It is the larger of the two.

Prices can range from 6-12 months income usually. There are things to consider like what you mentioned. Also is there enough submits daily? Is the site old and secure in google and dmoz (if listed)? Script easy to reinstall on new server and easy to run? What is the daily traffic?

Pedronas posted he is looking for $2K for his site and looking I'd say that is too much based at traffic (though I'm guessing at that). If he is in dmoz, has some SE traffic, good submits and a good script...maybe it is worth it. Traffic is still key though not the only thing.

Hmm.. ok.. I'll give you some info in a nutshell here...

Indexed fully in Yahoo, and most of my SE engine traffic comes from there. Anywhere from 65-180 in a day has been the range of traffic from Yahoo. Indexed in MSN, not much traffic, same with Google.. both only refer about 10 people per day. No DMOZ listing as I applied before I was really "ready" on the first go around. Should be about time for a second application.

Submissions, I'll take yesterday for a sample.. 24 that day.

Daily traffic, with no traffic trading:

April 4: 1,650 page views / 553 unique
Last 7 days (March 29 - April 4): 12,568 page views / 4,001 unique

How's that look? Those numbers are all for jerk-it.com.

Jerk it IMO this hurts your value some of your asking price.

Nobody has a old junk LL they are allowing to collect dust?!?!?

I... haven't posted an asking price FHM.|huh I explicitly stated my LL is around 1 year old. I was just trying to get a feel for the market.

My LL actually makes sales as my traffic quality is pretty good. Might not be large #s but 1,000,000 people a day and no sales vs. 1000 per day and a handful of sales... I know what I'd take.

Anyways, good luck with your el cheapo LL purchase, maybe someone will bite. ;)

You are correct, I was justing to low ball you playa. |bananna| I don't know how much it would be worth as I don't own a LL or know anything about them. I know more about MGPS and TGPS not LL. :D
