Good bad? Use as a third processor?

Mmmm... I know them from my work on MPA3. I think they're pretty solid cause back then I don't remember a single MPA3 customer that didn't use them :)

I have spoken to a couple of people that have used it, and love it. I am still trying to decide which one I want to use as well.

Pay123 looks interesting as well, but you have to stay on the phone the whole time you surf, as soon as you hang up you lose access.. hmm.

I'm pretty sure pay123 has better payout rates then nocreditcard.com. Also with nocreditcard and other paybyphone processors you have to stay on the phone while visiting the site. We also offer IPS4billing in which you can charge the customer for a one time membership. The customer then has to stay on the phone untill he reaches the membership fee.
