Licensed content - nonmarked
 

hi all - yesterday i posted my galleries and today i got a letter that one of my gallery has a licensed content - and i need to show them my license for using it -|knockout| my god - content wasn't marked by their organization http://www.club-xstream.com
- the only thing i was able to do - is deleting of that gallery
the question is - (i never had this problem before) - and is there only one way dela with it (deleting gallery?) - cuze i'n not so big as easypic to buy for 20$ one gallery only, and arent't they marking all licensed content?

Buy content.

Always get the documentation.

That's the only advice that anyone can give IMO

Greg - unless you have a license that says you can put the pics online, the you are breaking the law.

If you are not in the position to purchase the content you use on your galleries at this moment, I would suggest to use sponsors that offer free content to their webmasters.

And then there are sponsors that have reward points that you can exchange for content as well, so even more oportunities to save money in the beginning.

I personally have more problems with Canada or as Homer calls it, America JR. :) I know, Canadians are good for the most part but the people I have done business with from the right side, seem to leave much to be desired.

I once had someone make a bogus check for $80k that my bank cleared. He was from Montreal. My bank sucked anyway because on the check instead of it saying "Mohawk, New York", it said "Mohawk, New Yord" :) Of course my bank demanded the money back from the clearing house in New York who demanded the money back from the Canadian Bank who gave the person, money orders. That Canadian bank was/is out $80k, US.

And, everyone knows about my Canadian partner from Ultracash.

And I have to mention...just giving the benefit of the doubt. Greg never said the content was stolen. He may have purchased it from Club-XStream and may have all the paperwork in hand.

thx for answers - i'll try to explain somethin:
about "Buy content and Always get the documentation." - there are main problem here - banks from russia are most not acceptable to purchase somethin in www - for example i wanted to get an account from epassport - and the registration from of cource couldn't accept my card - i has addressed directly with this request - they said "ok - we will do it" (one month passed already - nothnig done - sent second mail - they said request forwarded to Account Verification Department - so i keep waiting)
the only thing is that i still wait one month - and when get wire - if i'll not have another choice.

about common name: of cource my name is not a Greg :) - it's username - but you guys like to work with an american named dudes - ne? (my real name Alexander thought)

and that's this problem with russian guys? - it's true what we started to work at this business not so long enough - and we don't know much about authorization rights - but we learning fast - and also to a word i know 2 people at least - that working with you (my real friends) - and they also learned on their own mistakes - cuze where wasn't any information about "that we can do and we can't" (each forum i think must have this kind of discussion)

anyway in the near future(when i get epassporte or wire) - i'll buy my own content - but first i need to get money for it.

Alexander... this biz is more and more about "trust" everyday...

IMO you should use one name/handle and stick to it an get yourself known.. trust will follow and so will opportunity.

Hmmm, it's the first time, I see a russian newbie on non-russian boards.

Greg, why are you here? It's more easy to discuss this things on russian adult boards to you and I'm sure you'll find all, that you need there. There are lots of russian sponsors with free content right now. And non-russian too. Why don't you want to use it first? About russian bank account: forget about it. Use something like yambo, fethard or finex or any non-Russian banks, in the other way you'll always get troubles with online payments.

So, just a little advice. There are some russian adult boards, that can realy help you in this biz. It would be just easier to you, I think!
