How should I develop my site?

You heard the question it's clear "How should I develop my site?"
I'm talking about my site http://www.femdompornlinks.com
It's practical LL but not complete LL as other bigger LL It's more like my HUB, I'm asking you cose I consider most of you for expirience adult webmasters! My site is new I opened it on January 17th 2006! I newer use it for any promotion I just let it 'flow' on the net! I don't have almoust any traffic to it I have around 20-30 unique visitors per day not 20-30K just 20-30 |cry| (all comes from SE) but I got nice PR on it for realy short time!
I'm asking you all if you can give me some advices what should I do to develop it to realy nice, clean, BIG LL dedicated to FemDom!
I know that all of you were on pure start like me now but please teach me how to rise my site from leading zero to stars|loony| !
How to pump traffic on it? I mean on quality traffic! I want to build quality LL for other webmasters, so they can submit me and have sales from that listing. I contact some LL owners for link trades for this site and my other 2 sites both dedicated to femdom with more traffic and with nice PR too.
Thanx in front for all answers you'll post here! |bow| And I'm asking for help again I want to avoid beginner mistakes!!!|bow|

The key to creating success is "time" and patience :)

Link lists and link directories is a lot of work and ongoing work because its not a make it and forget it kind of business. If you are determined and see this as a long-term site, the fact that you now have your site running is the first step. Here are some other things to help out:
  • Participate in forums to get remembered
  • Setup a forum signature for yourself
  • Submit your link list to Webmaster Resources
  • Focus on hard link trades with other related link sites
  • Add your site to some popular toplists
  • Make sure your site is optimized for search engines
  • Consider some banner spots (when you have some spare $)
  • Focus on search engine ranking methods (SEO)
  • Establish some quality recip banners (I didn't get a chance to see if you had any as I am writing this)
  • Write some tutorials on any subject that you are able to help others with
  • Perhaps create some Gallery sites and submit them to others (make sure your own recip banner is in each mirror and site)
  • Try some galleries

With Link sites, it takes time to really get going. Big traffic doesn't happen over night and in many cases could take up to a year to start to see some good numbers. As mentioned, the trick is to stick with it and always keep regular updates with your site and always look for ways of getting people to take notice of who you are. Its a part of marketing school that repetive visual efforts will eventually be seen.

Hope this helps...I am sure others will add their ideas and comments too :)

In terms of SEs:

Your domain is only a few months old, so give it a few more months for things to start kicking in.

You only have 3 pages on your site. For more SE traffic, you need to either nail a few high traffic keywords with your 2 pages (which is difficult right off the bat), or build more pages. In fact, your index page is thin on content, so I basically see only 1 page on your site (main.htm) pulling SE traffic. I suppose PaySiteRewievs.html can pull some hits if you add more links to that page, but its not yet listed on any of the search engines.

2 of your pages share both title/description. This is causing one of your pages to be hidden in "omitted results." http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search

A page in ommitted results isn't necessarily a bad thing but its easily avoidable and a bad habit to get into so I suggest you change your title/description on at least one of your pages.

You've overstuffed your keyword metas with keywords that don't appear on the page. Easy for any algorithm to spot and might raise a red flag, though I'm not sure an overstuffed meta by itself will do any serious damage.

Anyway, I've run various tests to see if pages rank for keywords in meta=keyword tags that dont appear on the page and for all engines (Google/Yahoo/MSN) the results are negative. So you gain absolutely nothing from stuffing your keyword tag.

Same goes for meta descriptions. A page with the words say "free femdom porn" in meta description that doesn't appear on the page text will not rank a page for those words. This is at least true for MSN and Google.

Good luck :)

The first post to your question by NetGoonie was it. Its all right there in approx order.

IMHO, content is always a bonus. You should be creating at least a page a day. More pages more things to link to down the road. Search for new sponsors. Submit some sites of your own to get some feeder traffic going. You've got a nice, defined niche so now go out and chase down all those others like you and exchange hard links.

... and do what you're doing by working at a great board like this.

Good Luck |thumb
