Question on processor scrubbing
 

Hi,

I have a question on processor scrubbing. When a processor determines if a sponsor has approached the 1% chargeback threshold does it look at each individual site the sponsor has or does it total the charge backs for all the sponsor's sites? If the processor does incease scubbing due to a sponsor's chargebacks will it only increase the scrubbing on specific sites or all the sponsor's sites?

I doubt the processor cares about individual sites unless the program has a separate processing account for each one.

From my understanding it's on the account as a whole. Processors will deny they have a magic switch to turn on and off the scrubbing, and Bush thinks there are WMD's in Iraq!
