warning pages?
 

I see some link list list in their rules that sites need a warning page.

What exactly should be on this page? And is it all right to still have the banners and links to link lists on this page with a few pictures?

You should have banners and the recip links on the warning page yes.

Technically, yes, it is too much - some places will allow it, some won't.

I'd probably let it slide.

Some sites do not like hardcore banners or pictures on the warning page. Maybe under the warning This is an Adult site text but not on the top.
