Hey all, just said hi in the "hello" thread but to those who didn't see that: Hello!! |waves|

Ok, so I'm about two weeks into the site posting, with mixed results (I'll ask about that in a separate thread).

I decided I should try out a different style on this one:

(as opposed to the "style" (ahem) I did previously, like say

(that one's already posted but I'd love comments on that one too)

I guess I wanted to go for a "clean" look here, with less common fonts. One thing though, it's mostly images (ImageMagick generated) - is that just plain stupid(ie takes too long to load for some?)? I like how it enables you to easily get a more original style though. Tried to mix it with text and fairly long ALT descriptions.

Re: your concern that load times can be slower with the increased graphics size IMHO is a real one. Don't know how many lists you submit to but I understand that some reviewers actually use dialup speeds to check submits and will decline for this reason alone.

Also, don't "stuff those alt tags too heavy. SE's notice this. Just a short, descriptive sentence is enough.
