I'm fucking tired of reviewing submissions with crappy thumbs and finally made my own form for PA requests instead of default Comus one.
There are fields for sample 90x120 thumbs of your urls. Make sure to fill these fields and if i like your thumbs you'll receive PA very soon|thumb
