This is an attempt at a link list site but a little more graphic oriented.

Was just wondering if this sucks or not.

Without even looking, when I clicked on the link, I heard sound. Get rid of that. The last thing someone in an office or home setting wants is any kind of sound that involves sex. Perhaps you could set it up so the surfer has to click to see and here the clip.

You may also want to get rid of the visible counter at the bottom, as it may distract the surfers from clicking on other more important links.

Get rid of all those link list and TGP reciprocal buttons - they aren't going to link to you. You don't have a warning page. Get one. Otherwise, my advice to you, in the friendliest manner possible, is to set charges near the foundation, level the whole structure and start over. All I see is a banner farm.
