The idea had been floating for a little while... it is an interesting idea, because it gives them a chance to cultivate new fans that potentially will buy XM radios to hear the rest of the show... a good move on all sides, I think.

WOW no pun intended. I heard something like this over the weekend. That's major on a few things. 1) a major slap in the face to stern. If the company wanted to go in business with a sat company it would have been easier and smarter for them to do so with Howard.
2) this is going to be interesting for O&A. I don't think they are going to tone down 1 bit for those 2 hours. I think it's going to be a problem.
All in all it will make for interesting radio. Roth sucks. I listened to him for the 1 week while in the shower. The only reason I did not turn him off was I did not want to get the floor wet.

LOL Yes, it was hard too cause I had to make sure the extenstion cord was long enough to reach the new outhouse addition so I could plug in the radio. Now if I can just get hot water out there, I would shower 2 times a day.
