Greenguy's Board - How much unique traffic is considered good...

I am currently running an adult image rating site that is generation what i believe to be a great amount of unique traffic. The site averages 3000 uniques per day. I know that to some of you mega site owners out there its not a lot but to a little one man show just starting out in the biz its a lot.

What do you think is the best way to convert the traffic into some cold hard cash- i get maybe one or two signups per month but nothing to brag about.

I would post the site but i dont want to be flagged as spamming.
Any help you could lend to help me convert would be very helpful.
