Christmas, does anyone shop online for Christmas presents? Reason i ask is because for the first time ever, I finally broke down, because I simply dont have the time right now to hang out in the stores like I usually do around Christmas time, so I have been shopping at Amazon.com, I have to say what a complete pleasent experience. Than on top of it I have my Secretary wrap everything, and I can skip right through my day un-interupted. |bananna|

I agree. No going out in the cold. No fighting other shoppers for items. Which gives me T ired B utt. Much easier to go to the online stores and have my assistant wrap them. |santa|

My wife was 50/50 this year with the online shopping. The few gifts I did buy, I found online (that Circuit City thing where you order it online & then go pick it up at the store is fantastic - eliminates the moron employees that have sales goals to meet)

We have used the web 100% this year. We started about 4 years ago and you get really friendly with your fedex and ups drivers :)

98% On-line.. i HATE malls, the crowds, the rude people, the 10 week employees who know nothing just filling a spot to have a warm body there..

the other 2% i've done at craft shows or commissioned people who i work with to make for me.

My body care business (non-adult) is 100% on-line and orders are jamming this year, we'll probably do 300-400% more than last year. Being small it's easier for us to manouver and fullfill than it is for some of the bigger companies like Carol's Daughter etc.

I love shopping at Amazon, love reading other customer's reviews, love the fact that it is cheaper, love the fact that I can shop nekkid, love the fact that it just shows up at my front door.

Example: I've worn the same size shoes for more than 40 years, my feet are no longer or no wider, yet every time I go looking through a shoe store the salesperson wants to sell me the wrong size or measure my feet. |pissed| |angry|

I hate stores so I do most online LOL

I buy the same gift every year to everybody, free weekend at spa. All people who got that gift is middle aged or coming soon, except my daughter, who's 23 but she loves it too.

EDIT: I almost forgot to mention that I don't have to do anything for my gifts. The office I use have a list of people and send them the tickets every Christmas and then send me the bill.

My wife is exception. I go to shop myself and buy her something. I'm not sure what it will be this year, maybe the new camera GSM Nokia phone. Her hobby is photoing, she have now 4 cameras and tons of equipments. I know nothing about photographing, but I'm sure she will love a new phone with camera...

I used to buy food from net, but their prices became ridicilous and they dropped many things I liked to buy, so now I have to go to mall myself.

I agree you certainly get to know your UPS & FedEx guys, they are at our office everday now, especially with me having the Tanning Salon stuff shipped here for the time being, so between that and Christmas gifts, they are all here constantly :)
