i don't see whats the big deal with that site
for example if i search Google for live sex 1st result is livesexlist.com
that has even less content than mccams, and as i know review sites are doing great money and has good ranking in SE's and all they have is links to sponors and some texts

everybody do things in their own way , and if you ask me i think site like those has more SE value than a freesite

but that just my opinion :)
