I saw your other thread and I think you should definitely incorporate those suggestions into this gallery as well.Those people know what they're talking about.

a linked header may get you declined.

There are ALOT of movies. One can envision many a fellow pounding one off quite easily to 9 movies, and having no reason to whip out the wallet.

The banners do not grab the surfer, imo I think a text link may be prefferable to those banners.

Also, do photo or vid galleries stand a better chance of getting accepted? What about conversions?

You are givin' away free porn...dont do that :)

You can add 3 outgoing sponsor ad's..do it, and make the best out of them.
Make it a rule that however a surfer scrolls your page, they will allways be able to see one, or more, of your ad.
On your gallery, 80% of the page is ad-free... dont do that :)
