I'm new to the board and just wondering if it is still possible to get an account to submit free sites to Cleo's?

I'm not really looking for new submitters unless you are promoting something unique that I don't already get a ton of submits to.

I took pornislands.com off my ban list. I'm not really sure why it got added but I seem to remember that it was because you kept on submitting sites that looked the same and had banners that looked like clickable thumbs but I may have you confused with another domain that I just banned for this reason.
