Need script

I want to start up a movie and image hosting site like
http://www.sharequick.com/
http://youtube.com/
Is there a commercially available script for this or do I have to hire someone to make a custom one for me?

Have you checked http://www.hotscripts.com ? I guess some will be available and others which are for free have just to be adapted a bit

Thanks servhot, I checked it out and didn't find what I wanted but it gave me leads that were very, very helpfull

I decided to go with Masterut. Does anyone have any feedback on him? Good or Bad.
