The weather is excellent today. 23°C/74°F, that's all I need :)

I had trouble getting up this morning.. back to the cold rainy weather so I was able to sleep better. If it wasnt for the wind it wouldnt be so bad... stay in and stay warm ;)

Like Greenie, got up at 4AM to visit the little webmasters room and couldn't get back to sleep. At least it's been a productive morning. Finished building a gallery and a new template, submitted said gallery to about a dozen places, reviewed submissions and updated my TGPs...

I think perhaps an afternoon nap is on the schedule as long as there aren't any worker bees here making noise.

Insulation crew was here yesterday adding 18 inches of blown fiberglass insulation up in the attic. Old fiberglass batting had long ago compressed and wasn't very effective. What a difference! The A/C unit actually shuts off now and again in the middle of the day.

Bluemoney gets the last cuppa from this first pot of |coffee and I'll start another. Give it a few minutes, then help yourself.

Amazingly enough the 45 minutes of hard rain that poured over the valley here immediately evaporated or ran off into clogged rain drains since the residents here in NV think they are street level garbage dumps.

The weatherman, who looks nothing like Nick Cage, predicts more of the wet stuff today but i'm doubtful as how could we be so lucky to have moisture in the air 2 days in a row??

For about 2 hours we actually had noticeable humidity even with the AC blasting.

on Torn's advice I took a 1/2 a PM last night and while it took just a little longer to react i didn't wake up with that dreaded PM hangover.

Today is moving day for my new swap booth..so i'll "bearly" be online. |loony|

Weatherman says rain later today but I think he's reporting from the mainland. Too bright and sunny here this morning to think there's rain on the way. Plus the radar shows nothing coming this way.

I'm still hunting down sponsors with movie content in their hfs. I got all that HFSLinks.com has to offer and still need (a lot) more. I've sent emails to a lot of sponsor programs in the last week or two asking if they have plans to add hfs, and particularly hfs with movie content.

Most haven't even replied yet. But the ones which did reply also promised that they'll have some movie hfs coming soon. Seems that many of them don't even know that the "all-movie link list" concept exists.

I have wanted to see the techs on that place since I read about it, for those who have no idea what we are talking about, the new Football Stadium is state of the art, the roof can open/close and is transparent and the ENTIRE field is on a "cart" so it rolls out side so it can get worked on it and they do not have to cover/damage it when non football events are going on....

Yes I'm babbling, but that is just too fucking cool!

Today we are going to take the kids to a Mario Andretti racing park. $125 for 4 for 3 hours unlimited attractions, so hopefully the youngest is tall enough to be a passenger like the lady on the phone told me she was cause I would hate to be the one to take 3 kids to a kick ass park and then tell them “sorry, we cant stay”.

Hmmmm…. I better look at the radar to see if the weather is on our side.

I watched that episode last week. The stadium does look nice but, the field doesn't float like the one in Japan :)

Jesus, I hate waking up late. My leg hurt so bad yesterday that I took a Percocet. Not only did it give me an instant headache but it made me feel screwy the rest of the day. No more of those.

Just a day of working today and nor much else unless something exciting comes along.

This is insane, $4,995, hurricane phone. I am thinking of switching out my ADSL backup internet for a Satellite backup internet next year so that with Vonage would still work as long as the dish didn't get blown off the roof.

Still haven't manage to hookup with the tattoo artist that I've been meaning to. Was suppose to last night but made the mistake of waiting for a friend to show up and go with me who naturally didn't show up until too late which is normal for down here.
