I'm not a gallery builder so I can't really comment on design but the file size of the thumbs and images is huge! The first one scrolls side to side you have very large sized thumbs on that one.

Really? I thought 150x225 (or 225x150) was pretty standard.

My guess is that he means the 89kB thumbs and 500kB pics.

The ads and ad text probably wont pull many clicks, if any. Also some look blind.

Scrolls badly at 800x600. Also loaded sloooow over my DSL. If you want to use such large thumbs, compress them better and use a layout that won't cause scrolling.

The blue link on black doesn't "pop" and is kind of overpowered by the header graphic anyway.

You don't have any 2257 info at the bottom of the gallery.
