I got this submission confirmation email that said:

"Thank you for your submission to Mark's Links.
You submitted %TITLE% - %URL%"

Does this mean the submission went wrong?

Actually that means you didn't fill out one of the fields correctly.

Script is actually working fine on my end... no need to re submit -
Just disregard the emails for now... :)
