About your RSS Feeds for Republishing
 

We should talk for a few minutes about sponsor RSS feeds and the requirements that they should meet.

We're talking about the simple basics here.

I'm running down a list of things that _I_ would want in the ideal RSS feed for republishing, so, why dont you chip in if i miss something.

1) BASIC SEO of text. This may or may not include
A) bold text on keywords
B) basic knowledge about what to use for anchor text
C) repeated use of keywords related to the post
D) the title of the post being keyword worthy

2) a picture of some sort, even a small thumb, per entry.

3) Both links to the gallery or content per post as well as a direct link to the site you're trying to make sales for.

4) updated often and frequently, would be nice if it were daily.

what am I missing?

Hmmm sounds like excellent advice on how to create a blog post...even if your not a sponsor!

while daily would be nice, be consistent. If you going to be posting twice a week, say so and tell us what days of the week. That way we can plan our blogs accordingly.

Interesting text, please write stuff thats interesting to read.

Don't turn your blog posts into formula's ie pic in right corner, 250 words or less, etc. Keep them human.

In that vain, mix things up...if you have HFS's it's ok to link to one once in awhile.
