Comments on my site, please

After a forced timeout I finally got back to work regularly. So please comment on my newest site:

http://www.chickentrailers.com/xxxsi...y-a/index.html

but be gentle with me...:D

I didn't even get past the index and honestly don't have to.

Problems:
  • 2/3 of you text links are completely blind. If you don't know what a blind link is try searching this forum.
  • Your grasp of English is pretty poor. Many LL's will deny or outright ban you for the poor sentence structure & mispellings.
  • Is your exit link non-adult?

Suggestions:
  • Add text! Like more unlinked sales text, a 2257 declaration, anything, because right now, most of your text on that page is linked.
  • That background is horrible. I'm sometimes guilty of this myself, but if you think this looks good, then scrap that background and just go with a plain color. No one wants to get a headache just from looking at porn.

Work on your index first. Then maybe someone will take a look at the rest of your freesite.

Thanks for the kind review, Preacher. |thumb

I thought about it and made some changes. To answer your question: yes, the leave now link is non adult. Itīs a ringtone site.

I changed the text links and used some banners again. Maybe text only wasnīt a good idea.

Maybe the descriptions were written in poor English, but I copied all of them from sponsor sites. I took your advice and changed the text.

I really like the background image but I changed it into plain navy bg colour. Do you like it better now?

The content will be modified. I want to build the site first and will be changing the content using more watersports related pics.

Much better, I made it past the index, but there are still a couple of issues.

First and foremost you need to get that domain registered in your own name. Is Dreamhost that host that retains their client names? Anybody else recall hearing that?

Personal opinion, your large links on the front page could be a tad smaller, it probably would not keep you from getting listed, but they look a bit big to me, but they are no longer blind. The copied text from the sponsor is much better then what you had before. |thumb

Your main page is fine as is to get you listed.

Your galleries have blind links:
Check out our free movie trailers - CLICK HERE
Want to see the full story? - CLICK HERE!

Ad the text, "then tour" or "at paysitename.com" and they no longer would be.

And personally, I would AT LEAST link to the sponsor's 2257 page, but it shouldn't keep you from getting listed. But with a watersports site especially, you want all your bases covered.

None of the rest of this matters though if you can't get your whois information to reflect your name as the owner of that site and not Dreamhost. That will cost you listings at all but the smallest linklists.

Think Preacher covered it all. Sure alot to fix.

I would just add, your advertising sure could be spiced up, like much better or more compelling text with the banners. Plus more odd sized banners.

The domain chickentrailers.com is registered through dreamhost. I have got a dedicated box at webair where my domains are hosted on. Iīm running paid spots at thehun, though I bought a shared account at dreamhost. They offered one free domain registration and thatīs how I got it. I didnīt even look at the whois. Maybe I can change it.

The text copied from a sponsor site was that one you called "poor". Now Iīve written the text myself, except the text for Brandi Belle, which is still coming from the bangbros site.

Iīll change the site again and will try to get it listed.

Sorry one last thing.

Your galleries scroll on an 800x600 setting. You'll probably need to reduce your thumb size to be able to fit that width. If they scroll at 800x600 several of the large linklists will deny it.

Thankīs, I wanted to correct it when Iīm updating the content.
