How big thumbs on Fs: 120x150 or 110x140 ? And How big pic ?

For thumbs those 2 sizes would be ok. You got to see for yourself what size fits your design best.
For pics, a lot of linklists still have in their rules that the minimum picture size is 500px on the long site of the picture but I would get it up to at least 600px. Also keep yoour pictures somewhere between 40kb and 80kb.

I like nice big thumbs. I'll often do 160x200 or 220x160.

To conform with a majority of LL rules, I keep big pics at least 600 on the long side and under 80kb.
