Hya! Welcome to GG&J, you should also post in the welcome thread :)

I've got a minute so I'll give it a shot :D

-you're missing your HTML declaration in your source code, this has been discussed here and apparently it can mess up your page in certain browsers
- the banner on the index page says 'enter here' which is a no-no; the only enter link on the index should be to the main page
- your colors don't work too well, it's hard to see the pink text on the blue background
- you may want to change from the default font & make the text links a bit bigger, same reason - they're hard to see
- the AFF banner on the index page won't fly - most (if not all) LLs don't like java on freesites
- you're going to need a title (3-4 words) and description visible on the index page at least, something that describes the site without using the same name as the paysite
- the thumbs on the galleries are distorted, you should resize them not force the sizing on the page
- the big pics are a bit heavy, you'll want to keep them under 80kb, ideally around 40-60
- those big pics on the gallery pages are completely blind, you'll get rejected for that alone. You can't have a thumb going to the paysite, which is what it looks like.

that's just a quick glimpse, others may have more advice for you. Don't take anything personally, it's actually a pretty clean site & just needs some tweaking :)

Also: I count 5 outgoing links on your gallery pages. Needs to be 3.

Ponygirl and virgohippy summed it all up. Take their advice, change what has to be changed and ask for another review. Before you know it you'll be making millions :)

That's much better already, your thumbs still look a bit distorted and you have a few pics/thumbs that appear on the site more than once. Never use a thumb and picture more than once.
