Dumb Question: How do I set up a CCBILL Subaccount?
 

I know if I called ccbill they'd tell me, but I'm just wondering if someone can spell out a 1-2-3 on setting up a subaccount for affiliates so they can promote a paysite. Any help is appreciated. :)
