Another 2257 Inspection - Robert Hill Releasing
 

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Adult company Robert Hill Releasing Co. has confirmed that it has been visited today by the FBI on a 2257 investigation.

Lynton, owner of Robert Hill Releasing, told AVN.com that the agents were interested in "five or six titles," mostly involving younger performers. Lynton said that agents are still at the company, copying indentification documents and other materials.

Referring to the agents:

"They indicated that they know more or less the top companies, that they know their paperwork is going to be more or less correct. I believe from what they're indicating that they believe, with some of the smaller companies, is where they're going to be finding problems."

In the meantime, the heavy players are making it clear this industry isn't about funny business. |thumb

I know, in a small way, they think they are fighting child porn. But, I wish they would spend this time going after the real child pornographers. They get many, many complaints of real cp everyday that is just stuck on their desks. The federal agents claim to be too few in numbers to go after all of them. I wonder how they find the manpower to go after people they know are legal.

I am with you Jim. Going after places to see if they can possibly find a not quite 18 yo performer lying about her/his age, which is still wrong, when there are actual children being forced into it by sickos seems like a true waste of manpower and taxpayer money.

Well... I could hold the officials I voted into office responsible for writing decent legislation and/or ensuring it's actually practiced, but that's not my primary concern.

I'm worried about whether or not they're actually listening to me! Me! The voter! Afterall, I'm more important than the issue!

I don't really care whether or not they make a serious effort to thwart CP. It's more important to me that they put on a dog and pony show, to prove that they're paying to my values... because I expect a good show.

CP? That doesn't really affect me. I'm an adult. I expect to be entertained on the evening news.
