Trying to contact AEBN with no luck
 

I've tried to contact AEBN 3 times by email as I need to change the information on my affiliate account with them. I have received no answers and my information remains unchanged.

Just in case the emails have all gone astray, perhaps someone from AEBN may see this post and let me know who to get in touch with to get my account information updated.

You should have an account manager. Try contacting him/her, in case you don't know who yours is here's mine:

Make sure you include you AEBN affiliate ID when contacting her.

Some of the AEBN affiliate reps are/were at Internext in Florida. Give them another day or two to get back home and catch upon their email.

If you look at your account information when you log in it gives the extension number of your rep along with the name.

They all are availible by email.
Erin was my rep when I first started and either of the Aprils are very helpful.

They are availible by email or 1-800 to help.
And I will pile in and say so am I if no one else is able to assist you.
Which is unlikely.

Hi Erin... I emailed you my information but for some reason I don't think you have received it. Maybe you've got my email blocked at AEBN...lol. Sorry... joking. But truly, none of my emails have arrived which is quite perturbing.

I received a phone call from Katherine somewhere around about midnight our time and returned the call as per message, but I'm guessing when I'm ringing then you guys are sleeping. This global time thingy sure can be a pain 'cos we all gotta sleep sometime.

Anyhow, I just know that we'll get this sorted very soon now and I really appreciate everyones help. Shame I'm not making millions for AEBN really for all the effort everyone is putting in.

Unfortunately I have to go away for a few days so I will contact you on Erin's icq as I think that will be the easiest for everyone and save us all phone bills and frustration etc., but when you get online Erin I probably won't be able to get back to you until Monday (Australian Time)

If this doesn't suit just let me now which icq number you would like me to use...

I've tried to contact Erin Burns a few times by telephone about running our content at AEBN and had no luck either. Doesn't return phone calls or email from us ;-(
