Watched 2 new TV show pilots last night
 

NBC has a deal with netflix letting members see the pilots of a couple of new Fall shows. We watched Studio 60 and Kidnapped. Studio 60 looks really good. Kind of a behind the scenes show about a show much like Saturday Night Live. Kidnapped seems to be about a couple of guys that find kidnapped people each week...not so great.

I enjoyed watching a two hour special SNL on E the other day of all Chris Farley skits. He was so funny. |bananna|

Kind of like "Without a Trace" the redo?

I watched the new Gene Simmons show on A&E the other night .. (and twice since) thought it was hysterical. Not as dysfunctional as Ozzy & clan and at least you can understand what he says but really he is pretty funny.

Not really...Jeremy Sisto is the specialist that finds kidnapped people. You might remember him as the crazy brother of Nate's girlfriend on Six Feet Under. I will probably watch it but my wife won't.

On the other hand, Studio 60 was really good. A lot of the West Wing cast is there running the SNL type show.

To me, it seems like a great idea offering these pilots early to netflix subscribers. And since they are out there now, I would imagine it wouldn't be hard to find them online. I think Studio 60 will make it but Kidnapped...probably not.

Well I love Rock Star SuperNova!! The music is great! At least it's rock'n'roll :D

Doc I watched the Gene Simmons show. I saw you post it in the chat room Tuesday. I didn't know about it till then, I liked it and thought it was really funny. |thumb

I watched Supernova for about 3 episodes. Then I decided to count the number of times Brooke Burke said rockers and when it hit 40, I changed the channel and never went back :)

"The Nine" looks good ABC after LOST, tells the story of a bank robbery that goes wrong and from 9 different points of view and made by the same people from LOST so it will have lots of twist.

I saw a preview that I can hardly remember. But, it's a wedding day...kind of like 24.
