It's all empty here?

Oh... and this was a fun one.
|verysad Reading about silly hipocrites who want to take porn away from businessmen who stay at hotels was fun. |skyfall| |
Well here is another link!
http://edition.cnn.com/2006/US/08/22....ap/index.html Both Kathy Shepard of Hilton and Roger Conner of Marriott said the bulk of their hotels are operated by franchise-holders who make their own decisions about in-room programming. They made clear, however, that their companies consider adult movies to be an acceptable option because they can be ignored or blocked out by guests not wishing to view them. "Really ultraconservative groups try to target the hotels in their zest to eliminate porn," Shepard said. "In their zest to have their personal morals prevail, they're eliminating choice for others." |
Thanks for the link but here is the line that kills me
"Hotels are just as dangerous as environments around strip joints and porn stores." Because when I am on travel without the wife and I rent an adult flick in my hotel room late at night the first thing I do after "making a mess in one bed" is well... I crawl into the other one a fall fast asleep :) Yep, I am a dangerous man! |

A couple more articles shooting down their witch hunt on the hotels.
|pokefun| Pornography Doesn't Rape People; People Rape People http://americandaily.com/article/15283 What this boils down to is the Campaign for Corporate Responsibility does not trust the American people with pornography and want to use the heavy hand of government’s judicial arm as a mechanism to achieve behavioral control. Moral crusaders should mind their own business http://www.eagletribune.com/opinion/...rystory+page=0 Your inane crusade is in itself obscene, but I guess it doesn't violate any laws because our very liberal judicial system - note that adjective please - protects people's right to be foolish. |
