A fine Thursday Morning

Morning
Lots of email to go through from people that didn't post yesterday but decided to send me a reply instead to that little email I sent asking why they have only posted a few times. :) You would not believe the number of people that did that :)

Anyway, that, a little banking and the rest of crap I do for today.

Morning all,

Got the design of that new blog I was messing with finally done. I know a lot more of wordpress then I knew at the beginning of this week :)

Going karting tonight, I'll probably end up on the last place since the guys I'm going with are all like semi-pro's
At least there's always my favorite excuse: "This is only the xth time I've done this". The x usually gets replaced with very low number :D

Have a nice day all.

Good Morning Everyone!

Havent made the coffee yet so everything is still a little blurry.

More work on my babes surfer board today and of course some site updates and gallery submissions...

Have a good one!

Linkster 2006-09-07 07:47 AM

Good morning - continuing with the domain clearance to try to raise quick money - but other than that - just still in recovery mode :)

Good morning world |waves|

The latest predictions don't have Florence coming this way so that's something to be happy about here. Canadian projections seem to think it may hit Newfoundland. I'll have to check the GG&J map to see if we have any webmasters up there.

Updating sites and working on a newsletter today, plus some errands to run later.

A good day to all.

:)

Cleo 2006-09-07 07:52 AM

A very early good morning. :)

If I start getting up any earlier then I have been I'm going to be waking up before I go to bed. Not sure why I've been getting up at such an early hour the past week but today it is a good thing since I have to meet the cable guy and the plumber over at my neighbor's place this morning. The problem with waking up so damn early is I'm having a hard time staying awake as late as I need to each day since I mostly deal with creatures of the night.

Thought it would be fun to do some wet pics in the rain or something so I bought a small and a large watertight sleeve for my Casio camera and my Nikon camera.

Hit the Broward mall yesterday with one of my friends that lives out that way. We ended up hitting almost every single store in the mall and was there for many hours but didn't buy a lot. Actually it was pretty pitiful seeing as we were there all day and each of us only ended up with a few accessories and some lingerie. Both of us couldn't believe what the stores have stocked for this season, just plain fugly fashions for the most part.

I came home and finished up work for the day and hit the bed. If I become anymore boring I may put the whole neighborhood to sleep.

Besides making sure that my neighbor's cats have cable and a new bar sink I'm suppose to hit the Galleria mall over by me with the same friend that I hit the Broward mall with yesterday. We both know my neighbor real well and when he called I told him that hitting the malls is how woman really have sex and offered to have us join us in a threesome for a day of shopping… just bring your plastic.

Looking to be a sunny day but so did yesterday and it ended up raining all afternoon.

Good Morning.

The usual here, Work and more work. Coffee is on. :)

Toby 2006-09-07 08:23 AM

Mornin' y'all,

No excitement here, which is fine by me, and it's even a little cooler, if you can call 90º cooler. Ahhhh, Fall is in the air... NOT. That is the one thing I miss about the Pacific NW, the changing of the seasons.

Cleo, whatever you have that's making you wake up early seems to have afflicted me too. I've been waking up before dawn all week. If this keeps up they're going to revoke my Night Owl membership. |yawn|

Simon, I don't think Newfies have discovered the Internet yet. |couch|

|coffee is on, hazelnut mocha, extra strong, help yourself

Greenguy 2006-09-07 08:27 AM

Good Thursday Everyone |waves|

I'm 99.44% Labor Day has moved my trash pickup from today to tomorrow, but I put it out last night anyway, even if my neighbor reminded me that I was a day early. Why? Because once I assumed that they would be a day late & they weren't & I was stuck with a huge amount of garbage for another week. Better safe than sorry - that's my motto |thumb

I'll be here for most of the day, except I do have to drive The Bitch to get her hair did |banghead|

I'm sure everyone has heard a Polish joke sometime in their lives - replace "Pollock" with "Newfie" and you have every bad joke a Canadian has ever told :D

ponygirl 2006-09-07 09:18 AM

good morning everyone |waves|

well we had an odd spot of weather yesterday afternoon - it just started pouring out of nowhere...of course I was driving lol. It was so bad you had to stop, couldn't see a thing. And then we got hail, more than I've seen in a long time. Short but brutal. So that was my excitement for the week :D

nice & sunny today though, feels like I'm going to get lots done (hopefully!)

hope you all have a great day
:)

Good Morning All :)

docholly 2006-09-07 10:08 AM

|yawn| Morning..

Yesterday was 1st day of PE for my rug dawg.. they meet in a local park (yes beyond the strip we do have parks) so for an hour in 92 degrees and RAIN ..these 15-20 geeky kids stood listening to their coach tell them all the exciting things they were going to do. They look so thrilled.... NOT.

Ended up at my very favorite and oh so customer oriented cell store, Sprint.. |banghead| for 33 minutes of waiting ..and being the only customer with 5 employees. (its on my REAL blog)

Not much planned today.. have some more sponsors to register for, get my football stuff together and upload some content for tart.

|waves| have a good one..

sue-fl 2006-09-07 10:08 AM

Damn am I the only one that is dancing around today? After all tonight is the first REAL football game and I'm going nuts |boobies|

Have a good day all!

MrYum 2006-09-07 10:48 AM

Gooood mornin everyone!

emmanuelle 2006-09-07 11:04 AM

'Mornin All- It's a sunny and cool day, just the way I like it. Will take advantage of it and repot my plants so that they have a chance to get resettled before the cold weather zaps their will to live.

Cleo- You are way better than HSC, you are the queen of target marketing. Now if you can only find me a solution for a cameraman who cries when he gets wet :D

Good morning world like Simon says :D

I love Cleo's posts because she is adding the urls so she is sort of illustrating them and shows us what she's talking about, I feel spoiled always :) Last time she posted she was saving that blue bird from her cats, I had to look it up myself, shame |catfight| |jester|

I'll never do design for myself again... I am not satisified still and have to redo it always, eh, what a picky client I am |angry|

bluemoney 2006-09-07 12:42 PM

Hello to all |waves|

Late jump on the day so I'm in catch up mode.

I've always wanted to shoot content in the poring rain or in a pool where I'm I'm also shooting from inside the pool.

These sleeves are nice in that the camera also floats if you drop it and they are good for snorkeling even although I'm not sure I would actually trust one enough to put my Nikon in it and actually go a few feet underwater with it. I got one for my little Casio camera one too since it was cheap and it will keep it safe when I go boating or just to the beach.

The fucking cable people never showed up so I get to house sit again Saturday morning waiting for them but the plumber actually finished everything and the sun is still out with not a cloud in the sky.

Terri just might be able to find a man-sized drybag -- or maybe Simon. :)

Lots of work on ye ole agenda for today.

Cleo 2006-09-07 01:12 PM

Just wrap him up in a few clear trash bags and lots of duct tape.

But don't forget to cut a hole for him to breath or he might miss most of the action.
