Numbers in the url
Do linklist owners mind if there are numbers in the url? For example: www.mysite.com/pics1/
www.mysite.com/pics2/ www.mysite.com/pics3/ www.mysite.com/pics4/ |
No they don't is the short answer.... Just don't make index1.html index2.html etc. etc.
|
It's fine with me. :)
|
I think most are okay with that, but I wouldn't be surprised if a few small lists don't like it. |loony|
Some don't even mind being on keyword-phrase.html, though, as a submitter, I prefer backlinks pointing to index pages. :D |
It's not my first choice, but it's also not something I'd use as a reason to decline a site. However, as Xallow mentioned...I do decline sites using numbered entry pages...index1, index2...etc..
It's so easy to simply use keywords...I've never really understood why people use numbers instead. |
Ditto to what MrYum said :)
|
but why are sites with index1.html, index2.html, ... declined? whats wrong with that?
