Simple Wordpress RSS / Aggregation Question
I've tried to aggregate my wordpress feed through two different aggregation scripts. Both times I get these Â's popping up after every period. Anyone know why or how I can remove them? |huh
|
Only one I use or have tried is magpie, never saw any problems, with wordpress or other feeds.

I just added your feed to RSSXXXFeeds with no problem

Thanks guys. |thumb
I guess I'll have to look at Magpie again. From what I recall it was a kinda overly robust for my needs. Oh that, and the instructions were 404 last time I looked. |

Yes, I'd appreciate that. I'll PM you my email. |thumb

FeedWordPress is the easiest plugin for this tht I have come across. But only about one-quarter adult feeds actually verify so that might be your problem...
All that said... quote: "aggregate my feed". You are talking about pulling in third-party feeds and not about making your feed available? I assume so since WordPress generates your feed for you. But if you do mean your own feed, then the first step would be to validate it. |
Preacher, I'm pulling your feed in on XXX Blog Feeds without any problems.
PM me if you want, I'm not a magpie expert but may be able to point you in the right direction. Let me know what your trying to do. |

Thanks for the offer Walrus, I'm making this my weekend project so you may hear from me then. :) |
I really haven't a clue about rss, but I managed to install a script called feed2js that uses magpie and spits out a java code that allows you to display the feed pretty much anywhere. I use it to pull a blog feed to this page and also for sponsor feeds.
It looks like their site has gone belly up, but if you want to try it I still have the zip. I tested it on your feed and it worked just fine. |
