Pprobably for the same reason that I am/did reject that site. The thumbs open up in new windows. Also those new widows are 404.

smileylinks.com is on my blacklist for - 404s/403s - that means I never even saw the site.

That said... it wouldnt get listed.. as the big red link is blind/false enter link IMO
