Looking for 50/50 sponsors which have more than 1 billing option for customers.

I just signed up for Cash Maniacs, they have a few billing options like CreditCard, Check, Dial-in, ...

v81ca - I can't remember the last time I saw a sponsor that only had one of those options on their join pages.

There are probably alot of sponsors out there that accept more than just credit cards, but I'm signed up with Serious Coin and they only accept credit cards; I wish they could add more billing options.

The 1st site of theirs that I looked at has CC & Check:

All I see is the option to pay by credit card. Maybe only people in the US can see the check option?
