18 U.S.C. 2257 question

Should the 18 U.S.C. 2257 link be on every page of the freesite or only on the first page?

IMO it should be on every page, though I see some people doing it only on the warning page.

From a SE perspective, every page is a potential landing page, and rarely do freesite builders put links pointing back to the warning page.

I don't know if it'll cover you, but if you don't want to put an actual "a href" you can list the url as straight, non-clickable text where the link would be, and brief instructions saying to go to that page to get the 2257 info.

Your best bet would be to seek legal advice from a lawyer.

A good business person is? |huh

I can't afford a lawyer personally, but if I could, I imagine it'd be cheaper than money lost spending time in court defending myself. |sad|
