18 U.S.C. 2257 question
Should the 18 U.S.C. 2257 link be on every page of the freesite or only on the first page?
|
IMO it should be on every page, though I see some people doing it only on the warning page.
From a SE perspective, every page is a potential landing page, and rarely do freesite builders put links pointing back to the warning page. I don't know if it'll cover you, but if you don't want to put an actual "a href" you can list the url as straight, non-clickable text where the link would be, and brief instructions saying to go to that page to get the 2257 info. |
Your best bet would be to seek legal advice from a lawyer.

I can't afford a lawyer personally, but if I could, I imagine it'd be cheaper than money lost spending time in court defending myself. |sad| |
