Wow thanks for the quick responses. I do presently have them all on the same server...but that is a good point about spreading it around. I was thinking more of having multiple sponsors for a few niches. My concern with the niche hubs was that being a newb I was thinking that the LL owner might recognize me more if I used a single general hub as opposed to submitting one day on niche 1, next day niche 2, etc...

Most reviewers will recognize you based on your Nic and email addy (always use the same info no matter what domain you're submitting from). Also, you're doing yourself a big favor by being known on these forums. A lot of link list owners follow these boards |thumb
To answer your first question about hubs...if it were me and I had to do it all over again, I'd be inclined to build niche specific hubs. As Preacher mentioned, this course is definitely more time consuming. But, I think the long term benefits would make it worthwhile.
Or, perhaps a compromise would be best...
Build one niche specific hub, then submit free sites off that hub for two weeks. Then, build another niche specific hub and submit free sites from it for two weeks. Continue this process until you've got all the niches you're interested in pursuing, then rotate back through your already built hubs :)
