pictures can not be displayed on html-pages
 
I have seen this as a rule on several sites. What does this mean exactly? Does that mean your page can not be created with any HTML? Why? I find it strange.

That rule means that your thumbnail images must link directly to the actual images, rather than linking to .html pages containing the full sized images......I think.
