Well one thing I can tell you is that the ads that you have through out your pages, is really blind, especially the pic itself. You will not get listed with blind links.

Also you might want to consider using different ads on your pages. Once the surfer sees the ad, he/she is more prone to just pass it by in the pages taht follow.

You have to tell the surfer where they are going to go when they click the link by using the sites name.

Well no link list is going to list a site that have pics that link to a sponsor. It doesn't matter if the website name is on it or not. I would unlink the pic all together. Also those tables you have on the sides of the pic are blind. You would have to do something like unlink all those keywords and then at the bottom you would link something like "All this and more at sponsor, click here to see it all now"

Believe it or not it is better to let the surfer know where they are going as opposed to sending them blindly. Your traffic to your sponsor will be more targeted and your ratios will be better.
