Re-grouping recips

Hi all,

There are more than 3 months now from when I started submitting free sites, and I thought it is time to checks the logs. Although I was very lazy, there was some ammount of data to be processed.

After doing this, I saw that some link lists didn't sent the traffic I was expecting, while some others sent lots more than expected. Seeing this, I thought I should re-group my recips, putting together the LLs who sent quite the same traffic.

Now, my questions is: are you free site submitters doing this thing? Do you care to have the recips grouped by the traffic you get? And if you do, how many times a year are you doing it?

I do it, but only to get the lists that generate the most traffic on the same pages as my own 2 LL's... besides that I dont really care

If you are getting accepted at the places you want to be, I wouldn't waste the time. There's more money in building new sites then in altering recip tables every few months.

I would put the big ones together to keep em happy, apart from that, I wouldnt put too much time in it.

If you mean changing old site recip tables, I'd caution against it. |shocking|

If you mean tweaking your tables by dropping unproductive lists, and possibly shifting a few around, by all means, do.

Just don't spend more time doing it then you need to. |thumb

I only change my recip tables if LL don't list my sites. Otherwise I group them by google PR, and I don't care much if traffic is big or small.

In a long run, having your free sites with good page rank is better than immediate traffic which might not be so productive.

Sorry for not specifing that first... the already submitted sites are unchanged. I only shifted around some recips (most of them actually) and dropped few ones not listing me even after I tried to contact the owners.

About the PR thing... I don't care as much as others say I should, because I often see a PR3 site on the first SERPs and a PR5 site much much deeper.

Thanks for your opinions |thumb
