what does this code means?

it sets a cookie, presumably for a tracking script.
it sets the cookie variable atref to google.nl$$ and sets the path = to / so that any script on that domain can read it. Quite common for tracking scripts to do it that way. ArrowTrader I think uses atref for tracking. |
