I know that my site: www.handybabes.com is not a very mainstream site, but maybe you guys, with all your experience in this business can give me some pointers on how to improve it and make it more attractive for both surfers and webmasters.

Really? When I click on it I go to the first content page..

Same result here...well, it does change pages...but the next page is the same as the entry.

Also, your server is very slooooow :(

And I'd never exit adult traffic to the link you're using...somehow, I doubt that they'd want that connection.
