I made it til the New Year's for the first time in several years.. usually I'm like GG and in bed way before but crazy me let my 9 year old have a slumber party. Where the heck do these kids get the energy??? I cut the lights out on them at 1am and they were up at 6am!

It's a tradition for me to be home at midnight on New Year's Eve. In the past it's often meant finding places for people to sleep at 5:00am New Year's Day. This year I watched my pregnant wife dancing until 11:30 PM and we made it home with 45 seconds to spare.

Wow Im way off on this post, we had some people over last night, played a few drinking games, the night flew, I got a tad tipsy (only had 1 shot), and fell asleep on the damn couch until 5:30am when I realized everyone left me for dead, so I went to bed, which is where im headed right now, since I fell asleep on the couch again. Im old.
