where and how do you make money?
 

So how do you make money? What are your methods? Running TGP's ony? Submitting galleries? Design? Free Sites?

I'd like to hear what everyone does exactly.

I rob banks since that is were the real money is kept.

SO I guess you won't tell :(

The truth is I work very long hours doing all of those things.

What makes me the most money is whatever I do the most of.

Questions like this always get odd answers... mainly because I dont want to tell you exactly how I make $$...

As this is a public board with like 60% lurkers.. People steal/take/abuse "your" ideas and methods and suddenly what was making you $$ doesnt anymore.

As Cleo said "What makes YOU the most money is whatever YOU do the most of"

or as others have said.. "the best converting sponsor is the one you promote the most.."

I would agree with both statements.

How do I make money?
I run a few sites, I make free sites daily, I make TGP galleries daily and every site and gallery I make I try to optimize for SEs so I work the SEs too. I also do a few other things as well.

Simply put I do a lot of things and I work goddam hard every single day doing all of that. Like Cleo said, it's a long long day to get ahead.

There are several ways to make money. You can run a design company, work for a sponsor, broker traffic or whatever. It's endless.

I wash car windows on the side of the exit/entrance ramps in Chicago.

I also run a web site that makes a little money in the winter months, when my water bucket freezes and I am unable to do my real job.

Everything changes. Methods I was using back in January 2003 were bringing in some useful dollars - but they're virtually defunct now :(

Experiment - see what works - then sieze the moment and milk it :)

I don't like discussing in public what makes me most money either.
But I will say that free sites used to make me most money, and that there is still excellent money to be made there.

In my case I donate sperm, pays pretty good and keeps me in good shape.

I also have something to do with some kind of sponsorship program.

mmmmm how do i make money, same like cleo said making alot of hours, so my hubby can shake hands with me and introduce himself as my husband, and my kids keep nagging, who is my mom!

Its interesting to read that all serious webmasters answer the same "long hours and lots and lots of work"

Its good to see I am not the only one working his ass off to try to make a living
